Why can't you just look at the connection diagram for the jack on the Maestro and the wiring of the plug on the mic and figure out what is needed??? It can't be that difficult... It seems a…-2 -

First thing I do is read the manual and the specs for the mic. I can't help without doing so myself. That should eliminate any confusion. All the info is there.-1
